For yoga and Pilates classes, you need flexible and breathable clothes that won’t hang over your head while you are doing postures. You should go for fitted tops and bottoms. However, for cardio or strength training, you can wear a loose T-shirt, shorts, or jeggings. 

If you are a female trainer working with male clients for HIIT sessions, try leggings and a long tank top instead of a sports bra and shorts. If you are a male trainer working with female clients, you should be in joggers or shorts with a T-shirt.

4. Outerwear
